Kindred Spirits: A New Solo Exhibition by Tessa Blazey

Today we're so excited to unveil Kindred Spirits, a new solo exhibition of 16 unique rings from Melbourne artist, Tessa Blazey.

Exploring the rich and intricate relationships of iconic fictional cinematic partnerships, both romantic and platonic, each piece features gemstones meticulously paired to encapsulate the essence of the characters and their unique connection.

Celebrating the enduring power of storytelling and the intimate connection we share with fictional characters, the rings in Kindred Spirits evoke a sense of nostalgia, admiration, and empathy for some of the most beloved duos of the silver screen.

Accompanied by limited edition resin jewellery boxes from Kate Rohde, this exciting exhibition is presented as part of Melbourne Design Week, hosted by the NGV.

Kindred Spirits is now showing in our Royal Arcade gallery until June 8, 2024.
