Hoof and Antler Vase
Kate Rohde
"This vase is part of my 'Ornament Crimes' series and draws on the Rococo decorative arts, exploring the curvaceous excess of the period. Created in resin using gravity and rotational casting techniques, it features a curious menagerie of plant motifs inspired by scenes from natural history engravings of the same era. The generous proportions mean it can be a stand-alone sculptural piece or a vase fit for epic floral arrangements."
