"Inspired by Rococo decorative arts and a love of natural history, this object draws on a long history of zoomorphism in the decorative arts. Created in resin using gravity and rotational casting techniques, it recreates the shape of a classical urn, complete with a removable lid. The generous proportions mean it can be a stand-alone sculptural piece or a vase fit for epic floral arrangements."
